I know how you feel! But this good side is that we get to enjoy all the bounty and there is no weeding! Each night I go gather more lettuce/swiss chard/collard greens/kale and broccoli for dinner - or I dig up more beets and beet greens. So yummy!We just harvested about 50 pounds of potatoes, 40 pounds of carrots, we have about 30 pounds of tomatoes to process (at least 200 pounds have already been processed for the winter) - 15 acorn squash - all this sits in our garage waiting our daily meal.Thank you Jesus for your endless creativity that burst forth in our gardens this year! And for keeping our bodies so nice and strong with all your vitamin packed yummy buffet in our own backyards!
